Hey everyone,
We’re making some changes to clean up our tags on WordPress to ensure our posts get the visibility they deserve. WordPress only allows 15 tags per post, something that isn’t widely known or clearly stated. We had just updated our systems, and now we have to update our WordPress articles. Transparency is key. This is going to take us a little time to correct.
Big shoutout to Bookstooge for pointing this out!
Here’s what you need to know:
🔹 Using too many tags can hurt your post’s visibility in the Reader and SEO, and make it harder for people to find your content.
🔹 Deleting extra tags may take time to take effect—WordPress doesn’t update everything instantly, so expect some delays as the system catches up.
🔹 Categories, on the other hand, don’t seem to have an issue. So, while we’re cutting down on tags, category selection remains flexible.
If you’re running a WordPress site, it might be worth checking your tags too—because too many could be working against you, not for you.
We’ll keep rolling with these changes to make sure The Realist Juggernaut stays ahead, remains easy to find, and continues breaking through the noise.
Stay sharp and keep moving forward. 😎🔥

It’s crazy. The whole point of tags is to mark things specifically. And when you’re talking about as much stuff as you, you need a lot of tags on a post. Ce’st la vie!
Good luck cleaning up older articles. That is a lot of work, especially given your output…
Yeah, you’re right—it’s crazy! You’d think the whole point of tags is to help organize content and improve visibility, not limit it. And when covering as much ground as we do, 15 just isn’t enough. But hey, now we know. It is what it is, unfortunately.
I appreciate the heads-up and the support! It’s definitely a lot of work going back and fixing older articles, but transparency matters. Gotta make sure everything is optimized and getting seen. 😎
Thanks, that’s good to know.
You’re welcome, Michael! 😎
