Since late October, the city, home to over 50,000 residents, has faced significant technology outages. On Sunday, city officials confirmed that hackers had gained unauthorized access to its systems.

“We have reported this incident to law enforcement and are actively working to resolve the issues caused by this attack,” the city stated.
