The table’s set, the harvest’s near,
A time to gather those we hold dear.
The air is filled with scents divine,
Of roasting turkey and sweet grape wine.
We pass the plates, we laugh and share,
And count the blessings, rich and rare.
For family close and friends who care,
For every gift we’re meant to bear.
The leaves turn gold, the fire’s alight,
We give our thanks this autumn night.
For fields that grow and skies that clear,
For every joy that draws us near.
In gratitude, we pause and pray,
For all we’ve gathered along the way.
Our health, our homes, our loved ones near,
The simple things that bring us cheer.
The hard times faced, the moments sweet,
The laughter shared in times we meet,
This time we give, with open hearts,
The thanks that every joy imparts.
Through trials faced and seasons fast,
We find our strength and hold it fast.
Thanksgiving’s joy in every part,
Lives deep within each grateful heart.
And so we gather, year by year,
To share the gifts that bring us here.
In love, in joy, we come as one,
In thanks beneath the autumn sun.
