Standing Strong for Free Speech
It’s amazing how many people struggle with the concept of free speech. Let me be clear: this platform was built on the principle that everyone—everyone—deserves their freedoms and their voice. Yet, standing in solidarity with someone like Alex Jones has apparently become the greatest sin on earth, given how our numbers took a hit. Did people not think I was serious about this? Well, here we are.
If you’re one of those people who believe certain individuals don’t deserve the same rights as you and that their voices should be silenced because they don’t align with your worldview—please leave this platform and don’t come back. You are a closed-minded individual who lacks common ground and common sense. You are part of the problem!
Everyone has the right to express their thoughts, no matter how controversial, and no platform should be shut down, censored, or targeted because of differing opinions. We are a global community, full of diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences. That’s what makes this space powerful, and that’s what makes America—America! If you hate that, then you simply don’t belong here.
To those who think unsubscribing or attempting to tank our numbers bothers me—think again. This platform has weathered storms that most people couldn’t imagine, and yet, we’re still here. Sinking numbers don’t discredit me, and they never will. If you think this is a game where you can “win” by trying to silence us, you’re wasting your time.
Get used to hearing different voices, different sides of things, hearing the things you don’t like to hear, and hearing the truth instead of sugarcoating. Seriously, get used to it, because we’re not going anywhere.
We are already recognized as an accredited press and platform, and we are steadily moving forward. Our mission is clear, and no amount of pushback will change that.
This platform stands for free speech. It stands for freedom—period! We welcome everyone who values that. And to those who don’t? The door is wide open for you to leave.
Like it or not, we’re not going anywhere.
To those who choose to stand by us through thick and thin, we greatly appreciate you. We are making a difference—believe that. Thank you very much!

“With freedom of speech comes great responsibility.” I’ve been screaming this for years. I love it that we have freedom of speech. On the flip side of this; I don’t believe it gives anyone the right to lie, bully, threaten, or destroy anyone. We need to champion those that use freedom of speech as it is intended.
You’re absolutely right—freedom of speech does come with great responsibility. It’s crucial to protect everyone’s right to speak, but at the same time, we must call out and discourage harmful behavior like bullying, threats, or attempts to destroy someone’s reputation. Championing those who use their voice with integrity is how we preserve the true value of free speech.
That said, freedom of speech also protects things we don’t agree with, including lies. While lying may not be morally correct, it is legally protected as long as it doesn’t cross certain lines like defamation, fraud, or incitement to violence. This balance ensures we protect free speech without infringing on anyone’s rights. Thanks for sharing your thoughtful perspective—it’s a vital discussion to have! 😎
Thank you
You’re welcome! 😎
Excellent article and very relevant. Thank you for sharing.
You’re welcome, and thank you very much for your support. I hope you have a great night! 😎
Thanks and likewise.
It seems to be a one way street now. If you wanted Harris or the left to win…oh that is fine and dandy…welcome. If you voted for Trump and say it…you are no longer welcomed. I was unsubscribed to because a blogger saw me commenting on someone elses blog on how him and I wanted Trump to win. The guy unfollowed my site…which doesn’t hurt my feelings…it’s just so childish.
If we lose free speech…we lose it all.
Exactly! It really has turned into a one-way street for so many people. It’s frustrating how some can’t handle differing opinions and resort to childish behavior like unfollowing over a comment. But you’re spot on—if we lose free speech, we lose everything. Thanks for sharing your experience and standing for what’s right! I hope you have a great day. 😎
Thank you for the posts you do. I would lose half my readership if I ever posted anything close to this!
You also John!
You’re welcome—and thank you for your support! 😎
For me, it’s got more to do with the overall vibe I get from people (insofar that makes me unsubscribe from them). I want them to write freely so I know who they are and what they are all about. But if they are too extreme or call President Trump disparaging names, etc. I’m going to unsubscribe. I have stayed subscribed to the ones who are open and willing to adopt the ‘wait and see’ attitude, even though they don’t like him. But I have already unsubscribed to some.
My support of free speech doesn’t mean I have to stick around and subject myself to people’s opinions that run counter to the truths I have come to hold dear. Tada!
Sheila, I totally get where you’re coming from. It’s hard to stick around when people cross the line into extremes or resort to name-calling—it’s draining, and honestly, it says more about them than anything else. I really respect how you’ve found a balance, staying open to different viewpoints without compromising your own values. That’s not always easy to do. Free speech is important, but like you said, it doesn’t mean you have to stick around for opinions that clash with your core beliefs. This is one of the biggest reasons why this platform exists—we may not change everyone, but in the long run, humanity wins. Thanks for sharing your thoughts so honestly—it’s refreshing, real, and exactly what we need more of. 😎
Oh, thank you, John. For a moment there I thought I may have said too much, proving myself a hypocrite! I am always continuing to drop my Ego and realize sometimes my answers may seem contradictory based upon the scenario. I am still such a work in progress and perhaps too hasty at times, but I am who I am, imperfect yet striving to understand what I can. And share what I learn. I am so glad you understood my intent. Good night.
Sheila, please don’t worry about saying too much or feeling like a hypocrite—we’re all human, and none of us are perfect. That’s just the reality of life, and honestly, it’s what makes us unique and relatable. You are absolutely free to be who you are here, without judgment. This is a space where sharing, learning, and growing is what it’s all about.
In the world we live in today, too many people expect perfection, but that’s where they get it all wrong. You’re allowed to have your own opinions—that’s the essence of free speech, and it’s something we need to celebrate and protect. Sharing your perspective is part of what makes this platform meaningful, and if more people relearned that simple truth, we’d be in a much better place. Thank you for sharing so honestly, Sheila, and good night to you too. 😎
You are a delightful breath of fresh air, John! Whew! Thank you!
You’re welcome, Sheila! Have a blessed day. 😎
I totally get what you are saying. The amount I said was I don’t want Harris to win…and that was it…but it’s ok becasue I know now. He talked about he dropped life long friends because of that…and that was too much for me.
Oh, WOW! Well, he’s deeply programmed, so there’s that. You’re probably better off without him in your circle. That whole ‘shake the dust off your feet’ thing.
I am better off without worrying what I’d comment would piss him off.
You’re so right, Max!
Anen, John! When those people get their voices squelched, then they might understand. But then it may be too late to get free speech back! This is what they don’t understand.
Great for you for standing strong. You stand on strong principles.
Thank you so much, Sheila! You hit the nail on the head—people don’t realize how precious free speech is until it’s too late. That’s why we stand firm and won’t compromise on these principles. Also, thank you for sharing the article; I really appreciate it. I hope you have a great night! 😎
I’m totally with you on this.
Thank you very much! That is greatly appreciated. I hope you have a great day! 😎
You are sooo welcome, John! I also wanted to immediately share your article on the NJ UFO phenomenon, but I haven’t yet reblogged two articles in a row from the same person/source. Ha! So I am just going to link to it in my blog post today (though it would have’fit’ better on my earlier post with the Galactic Love song).
That’s very kind of you, Sheila! I really appreciate it. I hope you have a great day. 😎
Well said.
Thank you! Have a blessed night. 😎
You are welcome. Here is morning.😊😊
