As we come together on this Sunday, reflecting on the past week, we stand in awe of the blessings that have unfolded before us. The release of our new books has been an incredible journey—one filled with dedication, perseverance, and the hand of God guiding us every step of the way. Each word written, each page turned, and each message shared is a testament to the gifts He has given us.
We feel deeply blessed to walk this path, not for our own glory, but for His. The ability to create, to share, and to inspire through the power of words is not our own doing—it is a gift from our Heavenly Father, from Jesus Christ, and from the Holy Spirit. May our work continue to glorify Him and bring light into the lives of others.
A Special Word from Scripture
As we reflect on His goodness, let us turn to His Word for strength, encouragement, and the reminder that our work is never in vain when it is done for His glory.
Psalm 90:17 – “Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us; yes, establish the work of our hands!”
This verse is a powerful reminder that all we do is made strong through Him. Our work, our efforts, and our creations are only meaningful when they are established and blessed by God. Without Him, our hands labor in vain, but with Him, our work becomes a testimony to His greatness.
We often strive for success, for recognition, for a sense of accomplishment—but if our foundation is not rooted in the Lord, even the grandest achievements are fleeting. Yet, when we surrender our work to Him, He multiplies its impact beyond what we could ever imagine. He takes what we offer—our talents, our words, our creations—and breathes eternal purpose into them.
Let us remember that it is not our own strength that sustains us, but His grace that carries us. Just as a house built on sand will crumble, so too will any work not established by the Lord. But when we entrust our efforts to Him, He fortifies them, turning our small acts of faithfulness into something greater than we could have ever built alone.
Proverbs 16:3 – “Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.”
This passage reassures us that when we place our trust in God, He directs our steps, strengthens our hands, and ensures that what we do will bear lasting fruit. There may be moments of doubt, times when our labor feels unnoticed, or when progress seems slow—but when we work for Him, no effort is ever wasted.
As we move forward, let us carry these truths in our hearts:
- Our work is not just for today but for eternity when it is done in His name.
- His favor sustains us, even when we feel weary.
- His purpose is greater than our own, and in Him, we find true fulfillment.
So whatever we put our hands to, may we do it with diligence, humility, and faith, knowing that God Himself is establishing and strengthening the work we do. Let us remain steadfast in our calling, trusting that He is leading us toward something far greater than we can see.
May His favor rest upon us, and may He continue to guide the work of our hands, today and always.
A Prayer of Gratitude and Guidance
Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with hearts full of thanksgiving. You have blessed us beyond measure, and we recognize that every good thing comes from You. Thank You for the strength to create, for the inspiration to write, and for the opportunity to share truth with the world.
Lord Jesus, we praise You for being our guide and our salvation. You are the Word made flesh, the light that shines in the darkness, and the reason we press forward. Holy Spirit, fill us with wisdom, clarity, and discernment as we continue to walk this path.
May everything we do bring glory to Your name. May our work touch hearts, open minds, and lead others closer to You. Let our hands only create what is righteous, and may our words reflect Your truth.
As we step into the new week, we ask for Your continued guidance, Your protection, and Your grace. Let our faith never waver, and let our joy be found in You alone.
In the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray.
Amen.
