COPILOT STUDIO: THE NEW CONTROL ROOM
Microsoft has activated a major update to Copilot Studio, adding “Computer Use” — a feature that lets Copilot interact with apps and websites the same way a human would.
That means:
- Clicking buttons
- Filling forms
- Navigating systems with no API access
It now simulates an employee navigating legacy software or a web portal. This is Copilot going from “assistant” to full-on robotic operations controller.
MICROSOFT 365 COPILOT: PRODUCT-WIDE INTELLIGENCE DROP
Excel: Insight-Driven Sheets
- Copilot pulls from Microsoft Graph (emails, chats, docs) to give smart, contextual recommendations
- Can also fetch answers from web sources, drop them directly into workbooks
- It’s no longer “what formula do I need?” — now it’s “what do I need to know?”
PowerPoint: Language-Leveling
- You can now auto-translate entire decks into 40+ languages without wrecking formatting
- Slides stay clean — just in a different tongue
OneNote: Smart Structure
- Copilot can now reorganize chaotic note dumps into nested, logical outlines
- Flat pages become structured digital notebooks instantly
Copilot Chat (Visual AI)
- Now understands images
- Ask it about a diagram, a screenshot, or even a chart — and it will explain what’s on screen
EDGE BROWSER: COPILOT VISION GOES LIVE
A new feature called Copilot Vision lets Edge “see” what you’re looking at — and respond like it’s standing over your shoulder.
Examples:
- Looking at a recipe? It’ll guide you through it
- Job description? It breaks down qualifications vs your profile
- Resume or image? It can analyze it in real-time
This turns your browser into an interactive mission console. The “see it, speak it” functionality is fully voice-activated for Pro users.
COPILOT RECALL (Windows Feature Preview)
A new “Recall” system is in early rollout — designed for Copilot+ PCs.
It passively takes encrypted snapshots of your activity and lets you search your own digital memory — like asking, “What was that Excel sheet I edited three days ago?”
Privacy filters and biometric sign-in are mandatory for access. Microsoft knows the optics here — this is deep behavior monitoring disguised as convenience.
