In the year of forty-nine, we took to space,
Aboard the Red Odyssey, with dreams to chase.
Captain Luna led, with heart so bold,
And JugHead, our AI, in tales untold.
Through cosmic storms, where neon colors play,
We danced with stars and made our swift foray.
To Mars, the red, our daring ship did race,
In search of wonder, in that silent place.
Olympus Mons, where Martian dreams are spun,
A resort of joy, ‘neath the distant sun.
With slides that twist in zero-G delight,
And Martian ice, a creamy, frozen bite.
The drones, like stars, did guide us in our quest,
To lands where red sands put our souls to rest.
We roved the dunes, where ancient winds had blown,
And found a peace, like none we’d ever known.
By Phobos’ glow, we gathered ’round the fire,
With songs of home, our voices lifted higher.
JugHead’s flames, a dance of light and shade,
In Martian tales, our memories were made.
Zog led us deep, where secrets did abide,
In caves of lore, our curiosity pried.
A hunt for treasure, ‘cross the dusty plains,
Where wisdom of the ancients still remains.
The library found, with Martian scripts so old,
A trove of knowledge, more precious than gold.
We read the tales of civilizations past,
A bond with Mars, forevermore to last.
As homeward bound, our Odyssey did steer,
Our hearts were full, our eyes shed not a tear.
For Mars had given us its ruddy sand,
A journey grand, across the starry land.
So here’s to Luna, and to JugHead too,
To Martian friends, and skies of crimson hue.
Our odyssey, a tale of joy and chance,
In the vast ballet of the cosmos’ dance.
