In the world of content creation, numbers don’t always reflect effort, authenticity, or truth. It’s a bitter pill to swallow when you’ve been on platforms like WordPress for years, putting out thoughtful and meaningful content, only to watch others who arrived much later surpass you in subscriber count. The disparity becomes even more evident when our anonymous page—one we can’t name for fear of it being taken down—has gathered over 1,000 subscribers, while our main page barely crosses the 250 mark. What’s going on here? The answer, it seems, is simple: truth equals shadow ban.
The Rise of Shadow Banning
Shadow banning isn’t just a conspiracy theory; it’s a reality many content creators face, particularly those who speak truth that challenges the mainstream narrative. While platforms claim they offer free speech, the reality is much more complicated. There’s a subtle control at play, where posts that don’t align with corporate or governmental interests get hidden, demoted, or outright blocked from reaching their intended audience. It’s as if an invisible hand decides what people are allowed to see, pushing some voices to the front and burying others beneath layers of algorithms.
In our case, we’ve seen it firsthand. Our main page, where we discuss unity, free speech, and the erosion of liberties, grows at a snail’s pace. Meanwhile, an anonymous page—where we have to tread carefully—has skyrocketed in subscribers. The difference? The anonymous page doesn’t directly confront the uncomfortable truths, so it’s allowed to flourish. Our page for The Realist Juggernaut is our main page; it’s what we do, it’s our business, our livelihood. The anonymous page is meaningless; we use it to see how shadow-banned we are.
The Numbers Don’t Lie, But the Algorithms Do
How is it that people who just started on WordPress can gather over 700 subscribers in a short amount of time, while we’ve been working tirelessly for years and are stuck at 250? It’s not a matter of content quality. If anything, we’ve refined our craft, evolved, and stayed true to the mission of bringing real issues to light. Yet, despite this, we remain hidden.
The algorithms on these platforms are engineered to prioritize content that plays into the status quo—content that won’t disrupt the current power structures. The kind of truth we speak, however, isn’t convenient for them. And so, we are buried, shadow banned, and left to wonder how many more could have found value in our work if only they had a chance to see it.
The Cost of Telling the Truth
When the truth is spoken, especially in ways that challenge the powerful, it comes at a cost. For us, that cost has been visibility. It’s not a coincidence that platforms seem to stifle the growth of content that questions, critiques, or uncovers uncomfortable realities. The more truth you speak, the harder it is to be heard. And if you don’t believe us, just look at the numbers.
What’s particularly revealing is that our anonymous page—which has to dance around the edges of these truths—grows without issue. It’s proof that the platforms know how to manipulate exposure, and they do so by design. We can’t even reveal the name of this page because if we did, the shadow ban hammer would likely come crashing down on it too.
Where Do We Go from Here?
It’s clear that the battle for truth is also a battle for visibility. In a world where clicks, likes, and subscribers are the new currency of influence, we find ourselves fighting an uphill battle. But that doesn’t mean we give up. Quite the opposite. The fact that we’re shadow banned for telling the truth only strengthens our resolve to keep doing what we do. We’ve always known this journey wouldn’t be easy, but the truth has a way of seeping through, even when it’s buried.
At The Realist Juggernaut, we remain committed to speaking that truth, regardless of how many hurdles are thrown in our way. Our mission has never been about numbers—it’s about impact. The shadow banning, the algorithmic suppression, and the slow growth are all signs that we’re on the right track. We’re striking a nerve, and that’s something to be proud of.
For Those Who Think It’s Funny, Just Wait Until It’s Your Turn
Some people might laugh or brush off the idea of shadow banning, thinking it’s an overreaction or a problem that doesn’t affect them. But here’s the reality: it’s only a matter of time until it’s your turn. Right now, it might seem easy to dismiss, especially if your content aligns with the mainstream or doesn’t challenge the powers that be. But the moment you start speaking a truth that makes people uncomfortable, questioning the narrative, or pushing back against control, you’ll see just how quickly the system can turn on you.
It’s not about if—it’s about when. The truth doesn’t discriminate. Eventually, those who think it’s funny to watch others get silenced may find themselves in the same position. And when that day comes, the laughter will stop. The real question is: will you be ready?
Conclusion
If you’ve ever felt like your voice is being drowned out or that the platforms are working against you, you’re not alone. Shadow banning is real, and it’s a tool used to silence those who refuse to conform. But remember this: the truth doesn’t disappear just because it’s hidden. It persists. It grows in the minds of those who seek it, and eventually, it breaks free.
We may be shadow banned, but we’re not giving up. The Realist Juggernaut has been here for a long time, and we’ll be here long after the algorithms have tried to silence us. Because in the end, truth equals shadow ban—but it also equals endurance.

I am sharing this article because I too, have had my voice squelched and posts pushed to the bottom (here and on other apps, such as Facebook).
Here’s to letting Freedom ring!
The best thing to do is share these articles—it’s very important that people do, and I appreciate it as well. I’m sorry that’s happening to you. They are out to silence people, that’s for sure—especially if you don’t align with their narrative. Keep up the good fight, because that’s the only way we will beat this.
I’ve wondered about this on one of my social media platforms, where I’ve posted comments critical of the government of my country. My reach doesn’t seem that great, although that could be because I’ve ceased participation in various groups. I don’t suppose I’ll ever know, but I have my suspicions. 😐
If you are posting anything true or something about the government, or that unites people, you’ve probably got some kind of suppression—especially if you’ve done it on Facebook. On X, it seems selective. I’m sorry that’s happening to you. Keep up the good fight, because that’s the only way we will beat this.
Not a problem really. I prefer such posts over telling people what I had for breakfast! Keep on keeping on yourself. 😎
Thank you very much, Laura! I definitely will, and I hope you have a great day. 😎
You too. 😊
