A mustache grows for all to see,
It’s not just style or vanity.
Each bristle strong, each whisker fair,
A call for men, for self-care.
This month’s for those who walk alone,
Through battles faced, to scars unknown.
For mental health, for cancer’s fight,
We wear our ‘staches proud and bright.
From stubble thin to bushy bold,
These whiskers speak of stories told.
Of fathers, sons, and friends in need,
A month for health, a vital creed.
For men who face their silent fight,
Who brave each day, unseen, at night,
Movember stands with strength to say,
Support for men, in every way.
The mustache worn is one small sign,
Of battles fought in heart and mind.
A symbol bold, of strength anew,
And all the ways that men pull through.
For every man who’s fought alone,
For all the strength they may have shown,
We grow these ‘staches, fierce and bright,
To keep their fight within our sight.
So raise awareness, lift the cause,
And show that men have our applause.
This month, in unity, we stand,
A mustached league with hearts in hand.
Movember runs throughout November, encouraging men to grow mustaches as a visible way to raise awareness for men’s health issues. The movement highlights critical areas, including mental health, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer, bringing attention to the importance of early detection, support, and proactive care. Movember aims to spark conversations and empower men to take charge of their health, with the mustache serving as a powerful symbol for the cause.

Thank you for this. It was moving and heartfelt .

😆 Same here! I only heard about it a few years ago too. It’s amazing how much it’s grown since it started—really great to see so many people getting involved for a good cause! 😎
