In shadows deep where bodies ache,
A soul lies bound, yet does not break.
The vessel worn, with wounds to bear,
The spirit glows, beyond despair.
Through sickness, pain, and sorrow’s call,
The body falters, starts to fall.
Yet in the depths of flesh’s strife,
The soul hums songs of boundless life.
What cruel design, this earthly cage,
Where joy is dimmed and grief takes stage.
But even when the body cries,
The soul sees stars through clouded skies.
It knows the truth, the hidden way,
That every night gives birth to day.
While flesh may falter, frail and weak,
The soul ascends where wonders speak.
When sickness comes, a thief in night,
The body shakes, it starts to fight.
But deep within, a joy ignites,
A boundless love, a pure delight.
The mortal pain, though sharp and fierce,
Cannot the soul’s pure armor pierce.
For happiness, so true and rare,
Lives where the soul breathes holy air.
No wound can touch this sacred core,
It dances free, though bound before.
The body grieves its fleeting role,
But sorrow flees the joyful soul.
And when at last, the flesh gives way,
And breaks beneath its earthly clay,
The soul ascends, unbound, untied,
A love eternal as its guide.
No sickness here, no pain to bind,
No fleeting thoughts to cloud the mind.
Just endless peace, a glowing flame,
The purest joy, no need for name.
For even in the darkest hour,
The soul retains its wondrous power.
It whispers truths the body shuns,
That life’s not lost, but just begun.
So fret not, mortal, for this pain,
Is but the weight of earthly chain.
The soul within will always soar,
Beyond what flesh and bone endure.
True happiness, not bound by strife,
Lives not in limbs, but in the life.
The life eternal, vast, and free,
The soul’s true love, its destiny.
When wounds inhabit flesh and bone,
And sorrow makes the heart its throne,
The soul reminds, in whispers sweet,
That joy is found when pain’s complete.
For love is not in body’s might,
But in the soul’s transcendent light.
And when the body’s time is through,
The soul will sing, forever new.
So in this truth, take heart, rejoice,
The soul will rise, with freedom’s voice.
Beyond the body’s fleeting frame,
The soul finds love, its endless flame.
