A flash of light, the sudden end.
World erased, now forced to blend,
Time betrayed its oldest friend—
A wound that neither heart could mend.

Awake inside a twisted place,
Strangers wore a stranger’s face.
Each smile false, devoid of grace,
Hearts and minds felt out of pace—
Their home now lost without a trace.

She reached for him, he pulled away,
Words once warm now cold and gray.
Old memories began to fray,
Trust unraveled day by day—
Love, a debt they couldn’t pay.

In this place where wrong seemed right,
Their gentle talks became a fight.
Every morning cloaked in night,
Truth confused, obscured by blight—
Their bond was fading out of sight.

She missed his voice, his softer tone,
He missed their life, the one they’d known.
Together still, yet each alone,
Drifting further, love unshown—
In silence, heartache softly grown.

This world backward, cold, unfair,
Breathing loss into their air.
Past erased without a care,
Future mocked their hollow stare—
Love now worn beyond repair.

Hand in hand but miles apart,
Searching shadows for a start.
Every day consumed their heart,
Time had played a cruel art—
Two souls ripped and pulled apart.

They stayed together, quiet, numb,
Wishing change would somehow come.
But fate had left them deaf and dumb,
In altered time, emotions glum—
Their heartbeat weak, an aching drum.

Now they live without relief,
Haunted by relentless grief.
Time became a silent thief,
Stealing joy, replacing brief—
Their love reduced to disbelief.

Forever bound, forever lost,
Paying time’s unending cost.
Lines of fate severely crossed,
Hearts in endless winter tossed—
Together now, at painful cost.
