The complaint further outlines that gunfire continued toward individuals moving in the direction of an elevator, followed by additional shots fired near a victim already on the ground.

Investigators report that a firearm believed to have been used in the incident was later recovered at the scene, where it had allegedly been concealed before Ford fled the location.
