A federal court in Johnstown, Pennsylvania has sentenced Shawn Geer, 49, of Erie, to 92 months in prison followed by four years of supervised release after his conviction for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. The sentence was imposed by United States District Judge Stephanie L. Haines following proceedings in the Western District of Pennsylvania. The conviction stems from an incident on or about July 2, 2023, in which Geer was found to be in possession of 50 grams or more of a methamphetamine mixture with the intent to distribute.
