FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — A former middle school teacher and coach from Rogers, Arkansas, has been sentenced to more than three decades in federal prison after investigators uncovered what prosecutors described as a prolonged online exploitation operation targeting hundreds of underage girls across Arkansas and throughout the United States.
Bradley Quillen, 31, was sentenced on May 13, 2026, to 375 months in federal prison without the possibility of parole, followed by 25 years of supervised release, after pleading guilty to Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and Online Coercion and Enticement of Minors.
Chief United States District Judge Timothy L. Brooks imposed the sentence during proceedings held in federal court in Fayetteville.
According to federal court documents, Quillen allegedly operated under a fabricated online identity posing as a teenage boy in order to gain the trust of underage girls through social media platforms including Snapchat and Instagram.
Investigators stated Quillen used the false persona to initiate conversations with minor females before manipulating, grooming, and coercing them into producing and sending sexually explicit images.
Authorities allege the operation extended far beyond isolated incidents and evolved into a widespread digital exploitation scheme targeting minors both locally and nationally.
The investigation began in April 2024 after the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office in Wisconsin identified Quillen as a suspect connected to the coercion and enticement of two minor victims, ages 8 and 12.
Wisconsin investigators contacted the Benton County Sheriff’s Office in Arkansas, which then partnered with the FBI to launch a coordinated investigation.
Law enforcement authorities later executed a residential search warrant at Quillen’s home, where investigators conducted forensic examinations of electronic devices, digital accounts, and online communications tied to the case.
According to prosecutors, investigators uncovered extensive evidence allegedly showing Quillen used multiple online accounts and fictitious identities to contact underage girls across school systems and social media environments.
Federal prosecutors stated the evidence demonstrated a “protracted scheme” involving systematic targeting, grooming behavior, psychological manipulation, and online coercion tactics designed to exploit vulnerable minors.
Authorities stated Quillen specifically utilized social engineering methods frequently observed in online child exploitation cases, including impersonation, emotional trust-building, peer-style conversations, and gradual escalation into explicit content requests.
Federal investigators increasingly warn that offenders posing as minors online remain one of the most persistent threats facing children using social media and messaging applications.
Law enforcement agencies continue emphasizing that platforms centered around disappearing messages, private chats, and image-sharing systems are routinely exploited by predators seeking direct access to minors without parental oversight.
Investigators also warn that offenders commonly create believable underage personas using stolen photographs, fabricated identities, and age-specific slang to bypass suspicion and manipulate victims into believing they are speaking with peers.
According to prosecutors, Quillen’s activity extended into schools across Northwest Arkansas and involved communications with potentially hundreds of underage girls nationwide.
Federal authorities did not publicly disclose the total number of identified victims connected to the case.
Quillen was indicted by a federal grand jury in the Western District of Arkansas in January 2025 and later entered a guilty plea in November 2025.
U.S. Attorney Kimberly D. Harris for the Western District of Arkansas announced the sentencing.
The FBI, the Benton County Sheriff’s Office, and the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office investigated the case.
Assistant United States Attorney Tyler Williams prosecuted the case on behalf of the United States.
Federal authorities stated the prosecution was conducted under Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide Department of Justice initiative focused on combating internet-based child exploitation, identifying online predators, disrupting digital abuse networks, and protecting children from online coercion and trafficking activity.
Investigators continue urging parents and guardians to monitor online activity involving minors, particularly interactions occurring through encrypted messaging systems, disappearing-message applications, gaming chats, and social media accounts where offenders frequently attempt to conceal identity and intent.

I saw this story. As I live in Arkansas, I can’t imagine finding out that my kids were going to a school that had a middle school teacher and coach like this on the staff. Since the number of victims here seems high, I often wonder how these guys get by with this for so long. Stories like these keep popping up so any parent who doesn’t know the danger is real is not paying attention. I’m glad they caught this guy and his sentence speaks to how we now view activity like this. I pray that the victims of this person get the proper counseling to help them through what they have been exposed to. He obviously needs help as well. Whether he will seek it is an all together different question.
Thank you for this article.
You’re very welcome, Chris.
I completely understand what you mean. I think a lot of parents would feel shaken knowing someone in a position of trust around children was secretly involved in conduct like this. Cases involving schools and young students tend to hit especially hard because parents expect those environments to be safe places for their children.
Many of these investigations reveal patterns of manipulation, false identities, secrecy, and online grooming behavior that gradually escalate over time before law enforcement is able to fully piece everything together.
I also agree with you that awareness matters now more than ever. The internet and social media have created environments where predators can attempt to hide behind fake identities and private messaging platforms, which makes parental involvement and open communication with children incredibly important.
Most importantly, my thoughts are with the victims and their families. Hopefully, they receive the support, counseling, and care they need moving forward after experiencing something so traumatic.
Thank you again for taking the time to read the article and leave such a thoughtful comment, Chris. It is truly appreciated. I hope you have a great evening and weekend ahead. 😎
You’re welcome, John, and thank you for this reply. The position he was in would give him knowledge of the “lingo” that young people use these days and I can see a guy like this having a huge negative impact on a community. Maybe this story will wake parents up to the dangers that are so easily stumbled upon on the internet.
I’m with you on how the victims need the proper support at this time and I hope they get it.
Thank you for your kind words and I hope you have a great evening and weekend ahead as well!😊
