In the gentle thaw of spring’s embrace,
Where daffodils bloom and robins race,
Easter whispers a tale anew,
Of life reborn and morning dew.
Beneath the willows’ weeping boughs,
The earth awakes from winter’s drowse,
And in the warmth of the golden sun,
We celebrate the Risen One.
With baskets brimmed with hues so bright,
And chocolate bunnies that delight,
Children laugh in fields of green,
In search of eggs, not yet seen.
The church bells chime, a joyous sound,
As families gather all around,
To share the stories, old and true,
Of a love so deep, it makes all new.
So let us sing, with hearts so light,
For Easter’s promise, pure and bright,
A symphony of hope and grace,
In every smile, in every face.
