Censorship on X (formerly Twitter) has reached an alarming level, directly impacting creators, brands, and businesses that rely on the platform for visibility and connection. The Realist Juggernaut has experienced this suppression firsthand—posts blocked, links flagged, followers mysteriously disappearing, and bots constantly following our page. The insights are absolutely ridiculous, with Impressions on most of the posts sitting at under 20, strongly indicating shadow banning. What was once a platform touted as a haven for free speech under Elon Musk’s leadership has devolved into a space of diminishing reach and silenced voices, now indistinguishable from the flaws of the old Twitter.
A Platform in Denial: Algorithms or Accountability?
Elon Musk has consistently blamed X’s problems on “flawed algorithms.” From poor link visibility to disappearing followers, Musk attributes the platform’s shortcomings to automated systems rather than deliberate policies. However, this deflection fails to address a key truth: algorithms are man-made and can be fixed.
If Musk can prioritize rebranding the platform and pushing paid subscription models, why are critical issues like content suppression left unresolved? The question isn’t whether these problems can be fixed—it’s whether Musk will choose to fix them.
The Reality of Censorship
For The Realist Juggernaut, the issues with X go beyond poor visibility. When attempting to post the following critique, the post was suppressed outright:
“The censorship just keeps getting worse here on X, disappointing. Followers just keep disappearing! This doesn’t even happen on Facebook. Unbelievable.”
Even straightforward observations were blocked, while links to The Realist Juggernaut’s content became impossible to share. The suppression escalated further after this bold statement:
“The censorship just keeps getting worse here on X, disappointing. Followers just keep disappearing! This doesn’t even happen on Facebook. Unbelievable.”
The situation escalated further when The Realist Juggernaut publicly declared legal action against X’s censorship, stating:
“Legal actions coming soon, Elon! Censoring my profile is not going to stop that.”
“Hurt my brand, I’ll hurt yours. Elon Musk has made it clear he’s willing to let algorithms dictate the user experience on X, even if it hurts creators, businesses, and brands that rely on the platform. But here’s the deal: when your leadership causes harm, expect the backlash. Blaming algorithms while ignoring the power to fix them doesn’t excuse the impact on others’ livelihoods. If my brand takes a hit because of these avoidable missteps, you can bet I’ll return the favor. Respect goes both ways, and accountability should, too.”
Finally, the matter reached its peak when a second, more direct warning was issued:
The result? Total suppression of The Realist Juggernaut’s ability to post. Posts were blocked, links flagged, and engagement obliterated. This isn’t about algorithms—it’s about deliberate actions taken to silence creators who demand accountability and transparency from the platform.
Paying for a Platform That Fails
Adding insult to injury, creators like The Realist Juggernaut are paying for this broken platform. At $11.00 a month, the promise of enhanced features and visibility is a far cry from the reality of blocked posts and dwindling engagement. X’s subscription model promises benefits such as increased visibility, priority ranking, and better engagement. Yet, creators find themselves paying for a system that actively works against them.
The expectation is simple: If creators are paying to use the platform, they should receive the tools and visibility promised. But under Musk’s leadership, X seems more focused on rebranding and monetization than on addressing the needs of its users.
Is Musk Hiding Something?
The censorship raises critical questions about what Musk might be hiding. While he claims the problems stem from flawed systems, the deliberate suppression of dissent suggests a deeper issue. Could financial pressures, government obligations, or other unseen factors be influencing X’s actions? For instance, Musk’s reliance on advertisers and pressure from regulatory bodies might be driving the suppression of controversial voices. Alternatively, the platform may be prioritizing certain narratives to avoid backlash or scrutiny.
Musk’s leadership has shown he’s capable of bold changes, such as rebranding the platform and restructuring its revenue model. Why, then, are user experience issues, especially those impacting creators, left unresolved? It leaves many wondering whether the so-called “flawed algorithms” are merely a convenient scapegoat for deliberate policies.
The Fight for Accountability
The Realist Juggernaut isn’t staying silent. Evidence of X’s suppression, including screen recordings of posts being blocked, highlights the platform’s failure to uphold its promise of free speech. Musk’s inaction has turned X into a space where voices are silenced, and creators are punished for speaking out.
The message is clear:
“Respect goes both ways, and accountability should, too.”
The Call to Wake Up
For those still buying into Musk’s narrative of a “free speech” platform, it’s time to face the truth. Censorship on X is real, and it’s not going away anytime soon. Whether it’s blocking posts, flagging links, or erasing followers, X’s actions speak volumes about its priorities.
This isn’t just about freedom of speech; it’s about respect for creators, accountability for actions, and the fight to protect the livelihoods of those who rely on these platforms. For creators paying monthly fees, like The Realist Juggernaut, the situation is even more frustrating: Why pay for a platform that offers nothing in return?
Demanding Solutions
While exposing these issues is crucial, the conversation must include potential solutions. Creators and brands must unite to demand transparency and accountability. Suggested solutions include:
- Independent Algorithm Audits: Ensuring algorithms are not biased against certain users or content.
- Clear Communication: Providing creators with real-time feedback on why posts are flagged or suppressed.
- Restoring Trust: Implementing user-driven oversight to verify claims of suppression or bias.
These steps can restore faith in the platform and foster a better environment for creators.
The Realist Juggernaut is prepared to fight back, exposing these injustices and demanding accountability. Musk may claim the platform’s issues are technical, but the reality is that these problems are deliberate—and they can be fixed.
Shadow banning and censorship are no longer a conspiracy theory. It’s the reality of X, and the only question left is: Will Musk take responsibility, or will creators be forced to take legal action?
The fight isn’t over. Accountability must come, and respect for creators is non-negotiable.

Elon is the problem…
I believe so at this point. In my opinion, he has positioned himself as a global elitist, currently pandering to the far right, whereas before, he was pandering to the far left. I have nothing against him personally, but our freedoms are incredibly important. Regardless of what side anyone is on, nobody should be silenced—everyone has their own opinions.
This is one of the core reasons The Realist Juggernaut exists: to ensure everyone has a voice and a place to unite, where they can freely express themselves. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and no one should be trying to silence those voices.
Hopefully, together, more people will unite and become one big voice to drive serious change in this country. It won’t be easy, because there is an extreme far left and an extreme far right, and some people just can’t accept different ideas. This is why America is so divided. However, as long as the truth can be heard, that united voice will resonate. When the undeniable truth is presented, no opinion is needed—because the truth stands on its own. Thanks for your comment, and I hope you have a great night. 😎
Yess exactly!!! I just want the truth, no bias and no agenda

Since Twitter became X i’ve seen ut fall down in terms of quality and free speech. It’s funny to think about it since when Musk bought it he said he wanted to restore the free speech and then begin the censor a lot of things and even people that talked bad about him.
Thank you very much for your comment. Unfortunately, there were a lot of issues when it was Twitter. I was censored on Twitter just as badly as I am now on X. Nobody should be censored—it’s time to put an end to all the censorship, period. It seems like anyone with something to hide always finds a way to ignore or censor us, which only proves they’re afraid of the truth being exposed. Transparency and accountability are what’s needed, not more suppression.
I agree, John. I only returned to X after Elon bought it. I had left the platform years ago. And after many months I still don’t have many followers, and I work at it… I comment on posts, share, post, etc. I am with you that,
“Respect goes both ways, and accountability should, too.”
Thanks for sharing your experience, Sheila! It’s frustrating to put in the work and not see the results—it’s ridiculous to say the least.
