Austin Jan Sy Yatco is currently wanted under a federal arrest warrant issued on January 23, 2026, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in Brooklyn. The charges include conspiracy to produce child sexual abuse material and conspiracy to receive and distribute child sexual abuse material.

The investigation, led by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, identifies Yatco as an alleged participant in an organized online group operating between 2019 and 2021. According to federal findings, members of the group used gaming platforms and social media applications to identify and target minor victims. The network allegedly employed coercion tactics to force victims to create explicit material, which was then distributed internally among members and circulated further.

Investigators have linked Yatco to a network identifying itself as “Greggy’s Cult,” described as an online group with structural similarities to other known exploitation-based digital collectives. These types of networks are characterized by coordinated targeting, manipulation, and control of vulnerable individuals, including minors. Reported activities associated with such groups include coercion into producing explicit content, encouragement of self-harm, psychological manipulation, and other forms of exploitation conducted through digital communication channels.

Federal authorities indicate that Yatco has established ties to Plano, Texas, and is believed to have fled the United States. Current intelligence assessments place him in the Philippines, introducing an international dimension to the case that may involve cross-border investigative coordination.

The case is being handled through the FBI Dallas Field Office, with prosecution assigned to the Eastern District of New York. The investigation reflects ongoing federal focus on identifying and dismantling organized online exploitation networks that operate across jurisdictions and leverage digital anonymity to target victims.

Public assistance is being requested to support apprehension efforts.
