Refusing new monitoring features may be presented as weakening the accuracy of the future identity. The customer can begin interpreting ordinary privacy decisions as threats to posthumous survival.

The same technology could reshape history around the model’s generated answers. An archive preserves evidence. A continuation system interprets and responds. That does not mean the person continues experiencing.
